Tattooed Female Genatelia

An unjust world must end so that the Kingdom of God is possible

thirty-third SUNDAY CYCLE TO C.

" This I behold, come a day that no stone will remain unturned, everything will be destroyed . " (Lk. 21, 5-19).

This is the answer of Jesus to the disciples who were fascinated by the grandeur and solidity of the temple . In Jerusalem, the temple was being built with an improper magnificence of the moment. It is known from contemporary documents, that was awesome grandeur and luxury of their stunning ornaments, on the other hand, the economic hardship of ordinary people was abundant. The temple was certainly a source of pride and symbol of the establishment. Jesus replies to this comment of the disciples on the beauty of the temple talking to crisis and destruction. It's like they say: this is based on outward magnificence stones and has to change. The demolition of the temple is the material expression of an unjust world must end so that the Kingdom of God is possible. " No stone will remain unturned. Everything will be destroyed" ... This is also true, in the experience of our lives and our society ... All construction of our lives based on "outside" ... collapse.

The destruction of the temple and the Jerusalem represents, from the perspectives Jesus, the collapse a way of understanding religion in a legal, cultic and false. They also represent our false security, safety and stability are legitimate, but sometimes we lose sight of our rock is the Lord, He is the only solid point of our lives. To build this new world, is another new way of relating to God and live, agrees that the other world and the other relationship, " no stone left unturned ." For Jesus there is no restoration of anything that is old, but there is a new creation. Us, are we willing to start something new, or does it prefer to muddle through without changing anything?.

; " Beware lest anyone cheat you. For many will come usurping my name, saying, I am." Jesus' words are clear and full of love, He does not want to mistake the road. Being faithful the Gospel will not be easy. Neither were for the first disciples, many of whom were killed as Jesus himself.

Then, throughout history, there were also fans who have captivated crowds and have focused on follies, and barbarities death situations. Also Today there are false prophets, just open our eyes to the world. We need to regain a sense critical of the historical events of our time.

In times of crisis, whether cultural, religious, sociological, political or psychological , overlooking what we call Messianic fever .... It seeks the immediate salvation, deliverance, which gives security. Hence, quite often, we are shaken by deals that can make us toll of what one suspects, are misleading offers.

TV programs and magazine ads are crammed with myths and heroes. They guide our decisions, convey a vision of and give us life and we propose a form of behavior. If, despite our consumption, not just to reach the promised happiness, we must take into account that in reality, happiness is not there. Certainly the culture of mass media is a religion, and we can hardly escape its influence.

" Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, there will be great earthquakes and epidemics in different countries and hunger. " This language that Jesus spoke of conflict and calamity, the apocalyptic tradition, a symbol of God's intervention in history. The message is not about the time of the end of the world, but the promise that gives meaning to history and the reporting of all systems that are presented as immutable.

"I persecute you, delivering you to synagogues and jail" . All the evangelical tradition is unanimous in stating that fidelity to Jesus and the Gospel, brings sometimes persecution and difficulties ... It is not easy to keep in fidelity to the Gospel of Jesus.

Yet Jesus invites us maintain confidence in any situation no matter how difficult. Therefore it says, " but not a hair of your head will perish ." This statement is a guarantee that, whatever happens, God will never abandon us, that is able to guide you all to our benefit. Christian hope does not feed the failure of other and hopes we can feed people. Either not born of resentment or contempt for the efforts of science, economics, politics, psychology, etc. Discover that they are simply insufficient hopes. Faith enables us to discover, more clearly, that salvation we seek and need exceeds what we can give ourselves . Christian Trust desecrates all reality, but trusting in the Word of God we certainty that life is worth, the story makes sense and good will triumph.

" With your perseverance, your lives ." It is as if Jesus told us: if Life gettin endure. Love always expire. The bad end, pass unjust systems.

The intention of Jesus in the Gospel of this Sunday is not that we live overwhelmed by fear . Jesus invites us to deal with clarity and accountability to one story, long and difficult and particular we emphasized a fundamental attitude: the perseverance. persevere is constantly return to the Gospel. Perseverance is not empty repeat words and say nothing, but turn our hope into a personal relationship with the Risen Christ present among us, Source of Life and Joy.

That today we say: Lord Jesus, that we become more aware of your words, "no stone will remain unturned . But You are the hope, hope that makes us live .
